FutureBuild Asia 2026 Unveils Conference Program Highlighting the Future of Infrastructure,
Smart Cities, Sustainability and Construction Innovation
Bangkok, Thailand — FutureBuild Asia 2026 is set to bring together leaders, experts, policymakers,
investors, developers, engineers, architects, technology providers and construction professionals
from Thailand and across Asia for a comprehensive three-day conference program focused on the
future of construction, infrastructure, smart cities and sustainable urban development.
Taking place from 11–13 November 2026 at BITEC, Bangkok, Thailand, FutureBuild Asia 2026 will
serve as a regional platform for knowledge exchange, business networking and industry
collaboration. The conference is designed to address the key forces shaping the future of the built
environment, including investment, critical infrastructure, innovation, smart assets, governance,
sustainability and people development.
The conference program will be organized across three main stages:

Stage C: Governance / Sustainability / People
This stage will highlight the human, policy and sustainability dimensions of construction and
urban development. Conference sessions will cover Stakeholder Management & Contract
Strategies, Net Zero & Sustainable Construction, and Talent Development & Future Workforce.
Across the three-day program, FutureBuild Asia 2026 will address major themes including:
Day 1: Capital, Urbanization & Partnership Foundations
The opening day will focus on the financial, urban and partnership frameworks required to
support future infrastructure and construction development.
Day 2: Connectivity, Intelligent & Sustainable Delivery
The second day will examine how regional connectivity, emerging technologies and sustainable
project delivery models are reshaping the construction indust
Day 3: Energy Efficiency, Climate Resilience & Smart Workforce
The final day will explore the role of renewable energy, climate resilience, disaster prevention and
future workforce development in building a more sustainable and resilient built environment.
