The construction industry is entering a new era driven by energy efficiency and sustainable
development. Amid growing challenges in energy consumption, environmental impact, and
urbanization, smart building technologies, high-performance construction materials, energy
management systems, and Net Zero Construction concepts are becoming key drivers in shaping the
future of the built environment while enhancing long-term sustainability, cost efficiency, and
quality of life.

Through the collaboration of leading industry partners including the Federation of Thai Industries
(FTI), the Consulting Engineers Association of Thailand (CEAT), and the Thai Contractors Association
under H.M. The King’s Patronage (TCA), FutureBuild Asia 2026 will take place from 11–13
November 2026 at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre alongside R+T South East Asia
and DOMOTEX South East Asia under the theme “Bridging – Professionals – Stakeholders –
Technologies.” The event will showcase the latest innovations and technologies in construction,
including smart building solutions, energy-efficient systems, advanced construction materials, and
future-ready infrastructure technologies from both local and international companies.

In addition, the event will serve as a major gathering point for construction industry professionals
across Asia, bringing together designers, developers, investors, engineers, architects, contractors,
project owners, consultants, real estate companies, and related businesses. Through conferences,
knowledge-sharing sessions, networking activities, and business matching opportunities,
FutureBuild Asia 2026 aims to foster collaboration, exchange ideas, and create new business
opportunities for the region’s construction and built environment industry.
